We are happy to report today the receipt of a very kind festive donation of £100.00 from Lostock and Chew Moor Senior Citizen’s Club.

In a letter accompanying this very kind and thoughtful donation, Mrs Carole Walsh, Treasurer, Lostock and Chew Moor Senior Citizen’s Club, explained;

“Please find enclosed a donation for £100.00 to the Bolton Mountain Rescue Team from Lostock and Chew Moor Senior Citizen’s Club.”

“We meet each Friday to enjoy sequence dancing together.”

“On Friday 6th December 2013, we celebrated Christmas with our special dinner dance.”

“At this event we collected donations for charity, with this year your organisation being chosen for these donations.”

“Thank you for all the good work that you do, yours sincerely, Carole Walsh.”
