Jolly Crofters Fundraising Team

7th February 2014

Further to our report of yesterday, Thursday 6th February, Dave Marsh our Trainee Drowned Victim Search Dog Handler and Trainee DVSD Dog Sasha, repeated their visit of yesterday, returning once again today, this time alongside Dave’s colleague (a Police Dog handler) and his Trainee DVSD Dog, to carry out some more DVSD training on the waters of Pennington Flash at Leigh, utilising our 3.5 metre long semi rigid inflatable SAR Boat.

This is all part of Dave’s and Sasha’s continuing training as they approach their grading as a DVSD Handler and Dog soon, which will then enable Dave to deploy operationally on searches.
