Jolly Crofters Fundraising Team

2nd December 2012

Early this morning and in to the early afternoon, in icy and very cold conditions, ten team call out list members undertook some vertical rope rescue and stretcher lowering training today in Wilton 1 Quarry, on the moorland edge north of Bolton.

Partly to rehearse previously gained skills and partly to prepare for the joint exercise with GMFRS Red Watch, Horwich Fire Station, next Saturday 8th December, the exercise was a great success.
