In the early hours of this morning, Bolton MRT team member Steve Nelson and navigator Elaine Gilliland were called with a request to utilise Search Dog Boris in the search for a missing female.

Steve, Elaine and Boris journeyed to Accrington where they met up with two members of Rossendale & Pendle MRT.

Boris picked up a scent trail from the missing person’s last known location and trailed the scent to Accrington railway station. The missing person was subsequently found safe and well by police in Blackpool.
