Jolly Crofters Fundraising Team

2nd September 2012

During the course of the last few days, team call out list member Dave Marsh has had the opportunity to train alongside members of the Greater Manchester Police’s Dog Section.

As avid readers of this site will know, Dave is training his dog Sasha to locate drowned persons, and by working alongside the GMP Dog Trainer [P.C. Joe Flood] Dave and Sasha are well on their way to passing an indication test. To date, it has taken them approximately 5 months of solid training to reach this stage and it is hoped that within the next month, training will intensify even further and become more involved. Further updates will be posted on their progress.
