Jolly Crofters Fundraising Team

30th June 2014

Today we are happy to report that our Secretary, Gillian Gregory, called to see Clevelands Preparatory School Secretary, Julie, on Friday 27th June 2014, to collect two of our charity collecting tins which the school had been filling from their fundraising events.

Gillian was asked to leave a replacement tin for a forthcoming coffee morning being arranged, when donations would be requested for the refreshments from those attending.

When the two tins were emptied, they contained the fantastic total of £82.57.

With this figure added to the £82.51 donated at Christmas from a similar event, we have received the marvellous total of £165.08 towards our funds.

Clevelands Preparatory School chose Bolton Mountain Rescue Team as their charity to support for the school year 2013-14, which draws to an end in a few weeks’ time, when the final total they have raised for us will be announced.
We are all very appreciative of the support of the staff, children, and parents, and wish to express our sincere thanks for their enthusiastic fundraising.
