Happy birthday today to our venerable Team Leader Garry Rhodes MBE (Vernon Garry Rhodes BA, Dip LA, CMLI Retired, MBE to give him his ‘Sunday best’ name) who has reached the grand age of 57, and having first joined the team in 1974 for a short period, re-joined again for 1980, and then ‘stayed’ with us since 1983, has now spent some 34 years in the Bolton MRT, and yet somehow retains his youthful good looks, greyhound like fitness and trim physique – ok we are being overkind but it is his birthday!
